CONCORD -- A man accused of gunning down a worker outside a Concord plant is now in custody. The shooting happened early Tuesday morning.

This was an all out manhunt, trying to find Chong Lo of Albemarle. Police believed the 35-year-old was armed and dangerous. Less than 24 hours after that deadly shooting at Cabarrus Plastics, police captured him in Albemarle.

Lo's accused of shooting and killing 37-year-old Pao Yang. They found his body inside a car in the plant's parking lot on Armentrout Drive early Tuesday morning.

Investigators believe some sort of domestic dispute prompted the shooting. We're told Yang worked with one of Lo's relatives at the plant. Lo, however, did not work there.

According to the Cabarrus County Jail's website, Lo is charged with first-degree murder. There's no word yet on his first court appearance.
