Homemade steak sauce

Homemade Steak Sauce


Ingredients
• 1 cup red wine
• 1 cup ketchup
• ¼ cup molasses
• ½ cup water
• ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
• 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
• 2 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
• 1 tsp paprika
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp ginger, fresh minced
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp lemon juice, fresh
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 2 tsp hot sauce


Preparation
• Combine all ingredients and bring to simmer.
• Simmer 20 - 30 minutes.


Chef's Tips
Adjust seasoning if necessary. Allow cooling to room temperature. Store any excess in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
