CHARLOTTE -- Vice President Joe Biden will be in Charlotte Thursday. He's scheduled to attend a fundraiser luncheon at a private residence to be followed by an event with grassroots supporters.

Tickets for the fundraiser are $10,000. Proceeds will go to the Obama Victory Fund.
