RALEIGH -- A mechanical failure is to blame for an overnight fire at a Raleigh restaurant. It happened just after 12 a.m. Tuesday at Bahama Breeze on Wake Forest Road.

The fire was brought under control in a matter of minutes. No one was injured. Only 5 percent of the building was damaged.
