WINSTON-SALEM--A Winston-Salem man was shot to death Saturday night.

Police were called to an apartment complex at 1141 Motor Road near Old Rural Hall Road just after 6:30 p.m.

They found 67-year-old Anthony McArthur's body lying on the ground.

EMS pronounced McArthur dead of a gunshot wound.

Homicide detectives are now in charge of the investigation.
