MORRISVILLE – Police have charged a Morrisville bus driver with improper passing for a crash that sent a bicyclist to the hospital.

According to police, Greg Oliver was riding his bike Tuesday afternoon on Town Hall Drive near Jeremiah Street when he was hit by a city recreation bus. Oliver was taken to the hospital where he is listed in fair condition.

There were about 14 people on the bus at the time of the accident. None of them were injured.
