FORSYTH COUNTY, N.C. — The co-owner of a now defunct charter airline and jet maintenance company has been indicted by a Forsyth County grand jury.

Investigators say Pace Airlines CEO William Rodgers knowingly cut the company's group health insurance, without giving the required 45-day notice to more than 300 workers.

Rodgers faces one count of willful failure to pay group health insurance premiums and 26 counts of willful failure to deliver notice to employees.
