WINSTON-SALEM -- Police in Winston-Salem say they've made an arrest in connection with a 20-year-old rape case.

Ronald Delane Williams is charged with the 1990 rape of a Piedmont Bible College student. Police began reviewing cold case rapes last September.

Investigators say they identified Williams with DNA found in a rape kit that was sent to the SBI.

Williams is now serving a sentence in Caswell County for another rape. He's been moved to the Forsyth County Detention Center and will appear in court Aug. 13.
