The Panthers have announced they've made a move at tight end, signing Joe Jon Finley and waiving Tarren Lloyd. The 6-foot-6, 251-pound Finley spent last season with the Detroit Lions. He was inactive for two games in 2011 after spending all of the 2010 season on the Lions practice squad.
