WASHINGTON — Mitt Romney, the presumptive GOP Presidential Candidate, spoke to reporters Thursday in Washington.

Romney said he will work to repeal the new health care law and Thursday's Supreme Court ruling if elected President. Romney said President Obama's health care program is really a tax increase.

"Let's make clear what the cCourt did and did not do. What the Court did today was say Obamacare did not violate the Constitution. What they did not do was say Obamacare was good law, or that it is good policy," said Romney.

A Republican campaign adviser said Thursday's decision will help the party rally around the effort to reverse it.
