FAYETTEVILLE — Fayetteville detectives arrested a man in connection with a fatal hit-and-run.

Daniel Hall Jr., 18, is charged with felony hit-and-run. Officials say Hall left the scene after he hit and killed Dwight Fredricks, 43, on Cedar Creek Road on July 29.

Hall was taken to Cumberland County Detention Center and was released on a $10,000 unsecured bond.
