WILMINGTON – Foreclosure rates are up in Wilmington, according to the most recent CoreLogic National Foreclosure Report.

The report states that rates in Wilmington increased a third of a percent for the month of April over the same period last year.

Despite the increase, Wilmington was lower than the national foreclosure rate.
