RALEIGH – Three more teenagers now face charges in connection with a party that police said is linked to a Millbrook High School student's death.
Hannah Smith, 18, was charged with aiding and abetting after she hosted an underage party. Samantha McKinney, 17, was charged with purchasing alcohol under the legal age.
A third teen, a 15-year-old, was also charged for helping to buy the alcohol.
Officials say the three teens got alcohol with the help of 21-year-old Anthony Geter. He is charged with four counts of aiding and abetting after buying alcohol for the teenagers.
All the arrest are linked to a party on Jan. 7 where police said 16-year-old Garrett Prince crashed his car killing Elizabeth Molloy on Rainwater Drive in Raleigh.
All those charged are expected to appear in court on March 14.
